Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a passion for driving ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
Generate leads and conversions while maintaining cost efficiency
Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
Prepare performance reports and insights

Requirements:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of performance marketing
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage budgets effectively
