Full Job Description
Novetum designs and deploys AI systems that operate within real business workflows. As a QA Automation Testing Intern, you'll help ensure these systems ship reliably and hold up in production.

This is a hands-on role: you'll build and maintain our automated test suite with Playwright, contribute directly to shipping reliable software, and work closely with developers with real mentorship along the way.

Responsibilities:
Design, write, and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)
Reduce flakiness and expand test coverage across critical user flows
Perform manual exploratory testing
Write clear, reproducible bug reports
Collaborate with developers on test case design
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Help improve QA processes and documentation




Report testing status and quality metrics to the team

Required Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent self-taught experience
Understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript fundamentals
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, DOM, and browser dev tools
Basic understanding of testing concepts
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
Familiarity with Git
Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman

Pay: Paid internship (stipend based on interview performance)
