JOB DESCRIPTION :
Generation of enquiry - a. customer cold calling , b. product approvals, c. visit sites, d. product awareness, e. catalogs, exhibitions,
advertisement, online postings, samples
Handling of enquiries from assigned customers.
Conversion of enquiry into orders - a. timely submission of positive quality quotes, b. follow-up of the quotation, c. order lost analysis, d. keeping track of competition
Strengthen customer relations.
Order processing (punching the order in SAP, review rates, checking stocks, raising requisition, follow-up of material with purchase, follow up for dispatches, ensuring dispatch details send to customer).
Review and approval of purchase orders from recent customers.
Update customers on new developments, recent products
