B. Tech (Food Technology ) with minimum 10 years of Experience in the biscuits industries.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Fulfillment of dispatch schedules.
Active participation in troubleshooting shop-floor issues.
Coordinating with other departments for routine operations.
Reporting to the Production Manager on:
Daily production and wastage status.
Weekly production performance.
Day-to-day activities.

Safety, Compliance & Standards
Implementing and monitoring FSMS, EHS, IMS, and 5S practices.
Inspiring the team to achieve safety and EHS targets.
Ensuring proper use of PPEs across the department and factory.
Highlighting shortcomings related to EHS/IMS and taking corrective actions.




Addressing unsafe conditions promptly to restore safety.

Leadership & Discipline
Training, monitoring, and controlling the work of supervisors, officers, and staff.
Taking disciplinary actions against non-performers.
Providing guidance to QA personnel and production officers to ensure adherence to SOPs.
Desired competency.
Good Communication and presentation skills.
Should poses valuable Production Planning skills.
Valuable Team building and leadership skills
Thorough Knowledge of biscuit production
Knowledge of EHS and IMS standards
