Salary: ₹1.5 Lakhs – ₹2 Lakhs per Month

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Business Development (Neuro Division) to drive business growth, strengthen referral networks, and expand our presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans for Neuro Rehabilitation Services.
Build and maintain robust qualified relationships with Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Hospitals, Healthcare Institutions, and Referral Partners.
Generate patient referral networks and identify recent business opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Organize doctor engagement programs, CMEs, awareness campaigns,



and outreach activities.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance service utilization and patient acquisition.
Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and institutions.

Desired Candidate Profile
10–15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Healthcare Marketing, or Business Development.
Strong experience in the Neurology segment with an established network of Neurologists and Neurosurgeons.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in rehabilitation services, hospital marketing, specialty pharma, or healthcare business development will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for business development and relationship-building activities.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
