Job Description – Senior Backend Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Backend Engineer with strong backend engineering fundamentals and experience in building scalable, high-performance, and production-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing distributed systems, optimizing databases, and developing reliable backend services.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
Build high-performance, low-latency, and fault-tolerant backend systems.
Design effective database schemas, optimize queries, and implement caching strategies.
Develop microservices and distributed systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability.
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
Work with Kubernetes, Docker,



CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment environments.

Required Skills
Strong backend development experience with Golang, Node.js, Java, Python, Rust, or similar technologies.
Solid understanding of System Design, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Distributed Systems.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Redis, and database optimization.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
Positive understanding of caching, asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, and message queues.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Terraform / CloudFormation
JWT, OAuth2 & Secure API Design

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
