Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve equipment efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance within the automobile industry.
Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
