Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Italian Pizza Chef (DCDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Italian pizzas and maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake authentic Italian pizzas (Neapolitan, thin crust, etc.)
Handle pizza dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Manage kitchen stock and reduce wastage
Coordinate with kitchen team during peak hours
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
