Role & responsibilities

Andro Technician with below profile ;
Semen Analysis: Perform comprehensive semen analysis, including assessing sperm count, motility, and morphology, following established protocols.
Sample Preparation: Prepare sperm samples for various fertility treatments (e.g., IUI, IVF, ICSI).
Cryopreservation: Control the receipt, preparation, freezing, storage, and registration of semen samples, including those from sperm banks and patients undergoing fertility preservation (e.g., prior to cancer treatment).
Quality Control: Monitor the functioning and quality of laboratory equipment to maximize performance and conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of materials.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records (EMR),



ensure all laboratory activities comply with current health regulations and quality standards, and manage stock of materials and reagents.
Patient Care: Assist with clinical tasks, including patient care and advice, ensuring informed consent is obtained, and providing support and education regarding procedures.
Collaboration: Coordinate with embryology labs, physicians, and other specialists to ensure a seamless patient experience and effective treatment planning.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience candidate working in IVF sector with more than 1+ years of experience.
