Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the successful delivery of business and technology objectives for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various activities to ensure alignment with service level agreements, utilizing established tools and methodologies to monitor progress and control outcomes. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple stakeholders to maintain project momentum and address any challenges that arise, ensuring that all aspects of the program or project are managed efficiently and effectively throughout its lifecycle.

Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive alignment of project goals with organizational objectives to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster qualified growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
Robust knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
Experience in risk management and problem-solving to anticipate and mitigate project challenges.
Capability to analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
