The Position
As a Senior Developer, you will have the opportunity to:
Support the development and scaling of the ecosystem with current digital capabilities across regions in International Operations (IO).
Manage and act as an Administrator for SAAS webinar platforms - GoToWebinar (GTW) and ON24.
Provide guidance to business and end-users, working independently on administration and development aspects in Salesforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to understand key business objectives, define user experiences, and analyse data to define product roadmaps.
Support teams with technical assistance related to the systems where CIAM/ON24 is integrated with.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications/skill set:
Salesforce Platform Expertise
Salesforce Configuration: Flows, validation rules, custom metadata
Data Management: Apex Data Loader, Workbench
Development: Apex, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Scheduling
Deployment & Migration: Change sets and release management, GitHub
Integration & Architecture
Experience in REST API–based integrations
Understanding of system integrations across platforms
Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) (OAuth2, SAML)
Development & Delivery Methodologies
Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience in endtoend development, testing, and deployment processes
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Solid communication skills across technical and business teams
Ability to lead discussions and gather requirements from stakeholders
Cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions
Business Analysis & Product Thinking
Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
Experience in defining user journeys and improving user experience
Supporting product roadmap creation based on data and stakeholder inputs
Problem Solving & Ownership
Ability to work independently on both development and administrative tasks
Robust analytical skills for troubleshooting and debugging
Ownership of deliverables from requirement to production
Platform Administration & Operations
Administration of SaaS webinar platforms (ON24, GoToWebinar)
Managing daytoday platform operations and user configurations
Supporting platform stability and operational governance
