Sales Specialist for Marketing Agency – Inside Sales Remote | EST Timezone (Canadian Time Zone) | 2–4 Years Experience

2-4 years of experience as a Sales Representative/ Specialist
Must be available full time on EST time zone/ Canadian timezone (night shift)
Having experience in selling digital marketing services to business owners
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and DMs to business owners
Schedule and book discovery/demo calls for the senior sales and closing team
Follow up consistently with leads through multi-touch outreach sequences
Bring awareness of the agency's services to targeted business owners and brands
Maintain clean, accurate records of all calls, emails, & message activity in the CRM
Hit daily and weekly KPIs across calls, emails, messages sent, and meetings booked
Strong English written and verbal communication skills




Brief the closing team thoroughly before every discovery call with prospect insights
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform changes, and digital marketing news to speak credibly with prospects
Attend daily or weekly team standups and sales meetings
Report daily and weekly numbers — calls, emails, DMs sent, and meetings booked
Continuously improve outreach scripts and messaging based on response rates and feedback
