Overview

We are looking for result-oriented professionals to join our Global Chat Support team ?

This role perfectly balances premium service with strategic upselling.

? Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Provide high-quality chat support & resolve telecom inquiries. ?

Revenue Growth: Identify upselling opportunities to meet sales targets & KPIs. ?

CXS, FCR, AHT

? Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduate (2020+ pass-outs only; no active backlogs). ?

Applicants are required to have a full 15-year educational background, specifically following the 10+2+3 format. This includes successful completion of Secondary, Higher Secondary, and a 3-year Bachelor's degree. ?‍? ? ?‍?

Experience: 0-3 years in Chat Support or Sales (Telecom Billing preferred). ?

Skills: Exceptional written English, persuasion, & multitasking abilities. ✍️
