About the Role

The C2M Expert – Functional and Technical will play a crucial role in the design, development, and support of Oracle C2M and related systems, ensuring effective integration and functionality across various modules.

Responsibilities

Oracle C2M/ CC&B; and MDM Solution Design, development and support
Testing execution
Stakeholder Management

Qualifications

5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B; and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B;

Required Skills

Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management,



move-in move out, current connections etc.
Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals
Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
Experience in Solution Design and support
Good communication Skills

Preferred Skills

Functional Knowledge on utility industry
Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers
Stakeholder Management

Pay range and compensation package
