About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the customer’s first point of contact for complaints, questions, requests, feedback, and other needs. You will be responsible for managing relationships between clients and the company.
As the first person to interact with our customers, you are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in all conversations, demonstrate thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services, and respond promptly to requests and queries.



When handling a complaint, you are expected to “own the problem” - that is, take responsibility for addressing the issue, researching it, and resolving it internally as quickly as possible to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Other responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date customer records and account information, as well as assisting in the onboarding process..
