Job Description
The primary objective of the role is to drive the implementation of the Lean Daily Management System across the PPS manufacturing sites.
The role holder should engage in enhancing the DMS framework and its deployment in line with the OE framework and LRP. Providing academic and hands-on support to the site OE leads and Site teams for DMS

Qualification
B Tech in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or M.Pharm, Lean Six Sigma BB certified
Experience
6 to 10 years of relevant experience in the area of Operational Excellence at any manufacturing location/Corporate/Consulting firm. Solid exposure to the deployment of Lean production Systems/ Daily Management System/ Policy Deployment/Factory Operating Systems
