Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce skilled with 10+ years of technical of hands-on experience to design, implement, and support salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, utilizing Salesforce OOTB features, APEX Programming, integrating with other systems, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to enhance field operations. Exposure to Field Service Lightning functionality
Salesforce Technical Leads are responsible for overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation, work closely with the business team and stakeholders, developers,



and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organization’s needs

Key Responsibilities
Their duties and responsibilities include:
Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
Architect, design, and develop advanced custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming
Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration
Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform, Integrate with third-party applications and other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
