As a customer delight associate, you'll own the end-to-end student experience across Nova, Elite, and Apex- from onboarding through application submission. You'll be the resident expert on what makes students feel genuinely supported, turning every interaction into trust, retention, and referrals. This role suits someone who understands that in study abroad, no amount of AI replaces a real person in your corner during a high-stakes, high-anxiety decision- someone who gets the emotional weight of missed deadlines, stalled essays, and anxious parents and can turn that understanding into measurable satisfaction, retention, and word-of-mouth growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Student experience ownership:




Own the end-to-end delight framework across the student journey
Identify friction points and drive structured improvements across process, communication, and tooling
Track student sentiment trends and satisfaction patterns
Student engagement & support:
Conduct regular check-ins to track progress and surface concerns before they become churn risk
Gather and act on feedback to keep NPS and satisfaction scores high
Help students and parents feel confident throughout the process
Reporting & insight generation
Build weekly/monthly reports on satisfaction, NPS, and referral metrics
Translate recurring feedback into concrete product improvements with the product team
Represent the voice of the student in strategy conversations with founders
Cross-functional collaboration:
Inform product features that reduce friction and improve outcomes
Partner with Admissions for smooth handoffs and consistent experience
