Core Responsibilities
1. Vendor Strategy & Relationship Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new recruitment vendors (agencies, search firms, job boards) based on business needs and hiring forecasts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all TA vendors, resolving escalations and operational roadblocks.
Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners to review performance,
compliance, and strategic alignment.
Maintain a preferred supplier list (PSL) and ensure internal hiring managers and recruiters utilize approved vendors.
2. Contract & Commercial Management
Partner with Procurement and Legal teams to negotiate favorable terms, fee structures, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Monitor vendor spend, validate invoices, and track the overall TA vendor budget.
Ensure all vendor contracts are compliant with internal risk, data privacy, and security policies.
3. Performance Tracking & Analytics
Define, track, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all external partners.
Analyze vendor data to evaluate ROI, quality of hires, and speed of delivery.
Provide regular reporting to TA leadership on vendor performance metrics and market trends.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with internal TA Leaders and Recruiters to understand hiring bottlenec
