HRSS Delivery Lead – Japan HR Shared Services

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HRSS Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of Japan HR Shared Services operations from our regional delivery hub.

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality,



compliant, and efficient HR service delivery while acting as the key operational liaison between the delivery hub and Japan HR stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead a team of bilingual HR professionals, drive operational excellence, manage stakeholder relationships, and continuously improve Japan-facing HR processes.

The role requires robust leadership, excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, and a deep understanding of shared services delivery within a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

HR Service Delivery Leadership

Own end-to-end delivery of Japan HR Shared Services operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and service excellence.
Monitor operational performance, manage delivery risks, and drive resolution of issues before they impact stakeholders.
Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation,
