Role Overview
The HRBP Manager partners with business leaders to support people strategy, organisation effectiveness, and day‑to‑day HR needs. This role works closely with both local teams in Europe and headquarters in Shanghai, requiring judgement and the ability to navigate and align local HR policies with local market practices.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
Work closely with business leaders to understand team needs and provide HR support
Advise on organisation structure, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
Support business growth, transformation, and team setup
Talent & Organisation
Support talent development, succession planning, and retention
Coach managers on performance and people management
Support building capable and stable teams
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Manage or support end‑to‑end recruitment across Europe and MEACIS for assigned functions
Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans and execution
Ensure hiring quality and timely delivery
Employee Relations & HR Operations
Handle employee relations issues in line with local labour law and company policies, guidelines on employment compliance in locations.
Ensure smooth HR processes including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding that matches with headquarters’ framework and administration of local compliance polices
Work with HR operations team on payroll and administration
International & HQ Alignment (Key Requirement)
Ensure consistent application of location HR policies while adapting to local regulations
Provide feedback to HQ on local HR practices and implementation challenges
Support communication and alignment across cross‑regional stakeholders and HR COE
Requirements
8–12 years HR experience, including HRBP role, with exposure to recruitment and HR operations
Experience managing or supporting a small HR team and working with business leaders
Solid ability to navigate and balance HQ policies with local market needs
Good understanding of Polish labour law
