What You'll Do
Own outbound and pipeline generation
Run full-cycle outbound: prospecting, list building, and multi-channel outreach across email and LinkedIn
Identify and act on strategic market signals to surface high-intent accounts
Build targeted prospect lists aligned to our ideal customer profile
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route them cleanly to the right owners
Manage cadences, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene end to end
Be a GTM builder, not just an SDR
We're not looking for someone to only run cold calls.



We want a cross-functional GTM leader who brings creative hacks, sets up processes, and builds systems from scratch
Design and stand up the outbound engine from 0 to 1, then help scale the team
Experiment relentlessly, find what works, and turn it into repeatable process
Partner across the org
Work closely with marketing on creative campaigns and coordinated go-to-market motions
Gather market and buyer signals from the field and work directly with the Head of Product to shape the product journey and roadmap

What We're Looking For
0 to 1 years of experience in sales or a GTM-adjacent role
Bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, business, or technology from a reputed university (master's preferred)
Highly motivated, driven, autonomous, and results-oriented
A strategic thinker who sees beyond traditional SDR work and wants to build
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with ambigu
