Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a qualified and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups in MS-Excel.
Schedule appointments for counselors to meet with interested students.
Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and virtual information sessions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.




Provide administrative support to the counseling team as needed.
