Summary: Responsible for ensuring product and process quality in accordance with Management objectives, with the authority to stop production processes when risks or nonconformities are identified.

Essential Job Functions (Duties And Responsibilities)

Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Identify, document, monitor, report, and control risks affecting products and processes that could compromise safety and key business performance indicators.
Lead problem-solving activities and preventive actions related to assigned key performance indicators.
Coordinate cross-functional resources and efforts required to meet quality assurance requirements.
Monitor and maintain procedures, documents, records, and all supporting evidence related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
Develop and maintain the system for auditing all organizational processes. Coordinate final process inspections, receiving inspections, and prepare and sign certificates based on metallurgical information.
Establish standards to implement and promote Safety and 5S practices.




Promote continuous improvement ideas within the Quality team.
Lead by example in achieving Quality objectives and key performance indicators (Safety, Product, Process, QMS, and EMS).
Manage nonconforming product and controlled material areas.

Education: Technical degree or equivalent work experience

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automotive Quality Control

Languages: Basic English
