Degree in Civil Engineering or a Master’s degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of qualified experience, including at least 10 years in the road sector.
At least 5 years of experience in development projects involving climate change adaptation, vulnerability assessment, and risk assessment.
Proven experience in climate change, sustainable development, and road safety-related initiatives.
Expertise in disaster risk management, environmental science, with a focus on sustainability/development, or related domains.
Experience in projects funded by agencies such as the World Bank and ADB.
Proven experience in capacity building and training programs.
