About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented person to join our CEO's Office Team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, enjoys solving complex business problems, and has the confidence to challenge the status quo through data-backed insights.
As a strategic partner, you will work across all business functions like Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Business Development, HR, etc. to identify performance gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and drive high-impact business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to support strategic planning & business performance reviews
Conduct root cause analysis for business challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
Review departmental KPIs, question variances, and identify performance gaps against targets.
Engage with department leaders to understand business processes, validate assumptions, and challenge decisions using objective data
Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights to support strategic decisions




Build financial and operational models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and process improvements
Prepare presentations, business reviews, and board-ready materials for leadership meetings
Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus
3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, or a similar analytical role
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with data visualization, forecasting, and business planning
Strong understanding of business metrics, KPI frameworks, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured thinking and evidence-based recommendations
