At Beebom, we're building Beebom Gadgets, a consumer technology product discovery platform that helps users discover, compare, and choose the right gadgets.
We're looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Specialist to manage and maintain our product catalog. In this role, you'll ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date. You'll work closely with the Editorial, SEO, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver the best experience for our users.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in catalog management, product operations, content operations, or a similar role
Good knowledge of consumer technology products such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, wearables, and accessories
Experience managing product data with a robust focus on accuracy and quality
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation)
Familiarity with catalog management tools
Basic understanding of SEO and product page optimization
Good communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
Experience with SQL or Python for handling product data
Familiarity with structured data (Schema) and product taxonomy
Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
Responsibilities
Manage and update the Beebom Gadgets product catalog
Add and maintain product specifications, features, images, pricing, and other product details
Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and consistent
Organize products into the correct categories and maintain product attributes
Work with the Editorial team to keep product information aligned with reviews, guides, and news
Collaborate with the SEO team to improve product discoverability
Coordinate with the Product and Engineering teams to improve catalog quality and workflows
Keep the catalog updated with the latest product launches and market trends
