We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive who can ensure every product is handled with care—from receiving inventory to making it ready for sale.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Receive inventory from vendors and verify quantity & quality.
Organize products systematically in warehouse racks.
Label shelves, racks, and storage boxes for easy identification.
Create and maintain storage boxes for every design and size.
Ensure warehouse remains neat, clean, and easy to navigate.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Report stock discrepancies immediately.
Product Organization & Labelling
Categorize products by deity, collection, size, and colour.
Create product labels and identification tags.
Maintain organized storage for quick order picking.
Ensure every current product is stored in the correct location.
Product Photoshoot
Prepare products for photography.
Steam/arrange products before shoot if required.
Capture clean product photographs using company guidelines.
Take multiple angles and close-up images.
Ensure images meet website quality standards.
Organize image folders properly..
