Responsibilities:-

Sales & Business Growth:

Develop and execute business strategies to increase market penetration and sales revenue.
Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand the brand’s reach.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals with B2B and B2C clients.

Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies.
Identify new business opportunities in urban and rural markets.
Work closely with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns.

Dealer & Partner Management:

Develop robust relationships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.
Train and support dealers with sales techniques, product knowledge, and after-sales services.
Ensure proper inventory management and supply chain coordination.





Collaboration & Reporting:

Work with the R&D; and production teams to align sales strategies with product availability.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth strategies.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:-

Experience: 3-7 years in business development, sales, or channel management (preferably in EV, automobile, or mobility sector).
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
