PFB detailed JD:

To perform audits and complete audit reports by physically counting merchandise, investigating variances or discrepancies, identifying and accounting for shrink or overages, and adjusting inventory counts.

o Work on the daily/ weekly/monthly reports for correct inventory management.
o Retention & growth of HIPO candidate in department.
o Maintain the confidentiality of the data.
o Monitor and manage completion of required periodic audits in guidance of AM-AP.
o Develop and maintain rapport with all departments in the club. Communicate internally using different methods (e.g., one-on-one, e-mail, meetings, phone calls, written documentation) to promote and maintain open communication.
o Develop AP & Audit associates and ensure the accountability in absence of AM-AP
