We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations at our Dodaballapur facility. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in FMCG warehouse environments, strong command over WMS and ERP tools, and the ability to lead ground-level teams while maintaining operational discipline and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation
Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum space utilization and efficiency
Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and discipline
Implement and monitor safety standards and regulatory compliance across the facility
Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and dispatch
Track and report warehouse performance metrics; drive continuous process improvements
Manage inbound and outbound shipments with accurate documentation and tracking
Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams for smooth inventory flow
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong working knowledge of FMCG warehouse operations and inventory management practices
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis
Team leadership and workforce management capability
Sound understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance procedures
Solid problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
Languages: Hindi, Kannada, and English (mandatory)
