Ltd. is a leading provider of integrated asset-protection solutions, operating across three specialized verticals: Corrosion Protection, Passive Fireproofing (PFP), and Industrial Rope Access. As part of HEERU 3.0, we're building the leadership team for the company's next phase of growth.
Vice President/Business Head - Fabrication reports to the President & CEO. Based in Vadodara at our current facility. We're looking for 12–18 years of experience in structural steel fabrication with P&L; ownership, in structural fabrication, EPC, heavy engineering, or steel sectors.
The Role
Commission and run HEERU's new shop fabrication facility as a full profit centre, covering material supply, fabrication, painting, and dispatch, targeting 1,000 tonnes per month at ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead greenfield facility setup: infrastructure, commissioning, and operations launch.




● Own the full P&L;: revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, billing, and collections.
● Develop clients including steel majors, IOCL, and EPC contractors.
● Manage production targeting 1,000 tonnes per month throughput.
● Ensure quality compliance: WPS, inspection protocols, ISO 9001/14001/45001.
What we are looking for
● Experience in structural steel fabrication at scale in industrial or EPC environments.
● Has actually set up or run a fabrication shop, not just managed production floors.
● Full commercial ownership: contracts, pricing, working capital, and collections.
● Understands the full chain: procurement, fabrication, painting, and dispatch to site.
