Manage the lifecycle of user accounts and access rights across systems and applications, ensuring timely onboarding and offboarding.

Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents, such as access request queries. Issue with JML processes or support internal/external audits in investigations.

Define, maintain, and optimize roles and permissions to enforce consistent access policies and reduce risk of privilege escalation

Collaborate with IT and security teams to investigate and resolve the Identity and Access management related issue.

Work collaboratively with other Identity functions, as well as the wider Enterprise Security and M&G; Plc organisation, to ensure the secure and reliable delivery and operation of IAM.

Oversight of the IAM mailboxes ensuring they are managed and queries are answered in a timely manner.
