About the Company

We are looking for an IAM Consultant with 5 years of experience in Okta Administration, Access Governance, Reporting, and Documentation to support an Okta Dashboard Assessment and Optimization initiative.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Okta, capable of analyzing application access and governance models, generating reports, conducting stakeholder workshops, and producing high-quality documentation and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Assess Okta applications, groups, and access models.
Perform access reviews, entitlement analysis, and governance reporting.
Generate dashboards and reports for audit, compliance, and operational reviews.
Conduct workshops with application owners and stakeholders.
Create comprehensive documentation including assessments, recommendations, SOPs, governance processes, and implementation guides.
Document current state, future state, and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with internal Okta SMEs to implement approved changes.
