Role & responsibilities

This is for our Parent Company -MANUFACTUING COMPANY -Mumbai based company - READY TO RELOCATE TO DAMAN OR RESIDING AT BORIWALI IS PREFERRED

Minimum 1520 years of progressive experience in electronics, opto-electronics, semiconductors, or precision manufacturing industries.

At least 57 years of experience in a COO, VP Operations, General Manager Operations, or Plant Head role with multi-site manufacturing responsibility.

Demonstrated track record of driving operational improvements: OEE, yield enhancement, cost reduction, and on-time delivery.

Hands-on experience with EMS, SMT, PCB assembly, opto-electronic sub-assembly, or related manufacturing processes is a strong advantage.

Experience with Defence / Government electronics programmes and associated quality requirements (MIL-SPEC, ECQC, etc.) will be advantageous.

Familiarity with import/export regulations, DGFT, and customs procedures for electronic components is desirable.

Preferred candidate profile





Deep operational expertise in electronics / precision manufacturing settings; equally at home on the shop floor and in management reviews.

Strong understanding of manufacturing P&L;, cost accounting, and CAPEX management.

Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, and other operational excellence tools; Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred.

Sound knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001, IATF 16949, MIL-SPEC, IPC standards, and related frameworks.

Excellent supply chain and vendor management skills, including experience with imported electronic components and raw materials.

Robust people leadership abilities able to motivate large, diverse shop-floor teams and develop managerial talent.

Data-driven decision-maker; proficient in production MIS, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar), and manufacturing analytics.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage.

High integrity, hands-on work ethic, and commitment to safety, quality, and ethical business practices.
