Job Description:

Design Review and Co-ordination. Design Optimization and Design co-ordination. Finalisation of drawings and details in co-ordination with consultants. Review of Drawings for various compliances. Co-ordination with Sales, CRM, Liaison, Procurement & Contracts teams. Tracking and monitoring of Design deliverables. Coordination with site team. Cost planning and Consultant bill processing.
Maintaining positive co-ordination with various teams – internal and external
Skills: Should have executed minimum 20+ Storey High-rise Residential projects – Min. 2 nos. (Start to finish) Quantity surveying/estimation Execution supervision for 2 to 3 years is desirable Civil Design Engineering & Architectural design understanding Estimation Building By-laws understanding Building design codes understanding
Education: B.E (Civil) / B.E (Architecture)
