Job Summary

Karma Bodhi Farms is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Experience in accounting for agricultural or farm operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Process payroll and maintain employee-related financial records.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Monitor expenses, budgets,



and cash flow.
Maintain inventory and fixed asset records.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely filing of financial records.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Preferred
Experience in agriculture, farming, or agribusiness accounting is preferred.
