Job Role
Lead instrumentation and control maintenance for field instruments, analyzers, DCS/PLC systems, and safety/control loops.

Job Responsibilities
Manage calibration, troubleshooting, instrument reliability, shutdown execution, control system support, analyzer health, spares planning, and management of changes to instrumentation and control systems. Ensure robust performance of automation and measurement systems.

Job Deliverables
High instrument availability, fewer control failures, improved loop performance, reliable shutdown support, and better control system discipline.

Qualification
BE Diploma with relevant experience

Nature of Experience




Instrumentation maintenance in continuous-process plants with exposure to DCS, PLC, analyzers, field instrumentation, and control systems.

Industry Preference
Petrochemical Refinery PVC Chlor-Alkali Fertilizer Continuous Process Manufacturing

Preferred Exposure
DCS/PLC systems, SIS, field instrumentation, analyzer maintenance, shutdown execution, and control loop performance improvement.

Broad Attributes of the Incumbent
Detail-oriented, technically sharp, patient troubleshooter, disciplined, and dependable.

Key Interfaces
Operations, Electrical, CTS, Reliability, Laboratory, HSEF, OEM/service vendors, and project teams.
