Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Coordinate with the alteration team to ensure proper garment fitting and timely delivery.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styling techniques.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service professionally.
Maintain customer records and assist in generating repeat business through relationship management.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and showroom guidelines.
