Key Responsibilities
Inventory Operations
Monitor and control inventory movement across warehouses, retail stores, and in-transit
locations to ensure accurate stock visibility.
Ensure timely reconciliation between physical inventory and system records, identifying
and resolving discrepancies.
Plan and execute cycle counts, stock audits, RTV (Return to Vendor) processes, and
inter-location stock transfers.
Investigate inventory variances, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive
and corrective actions.
Track and monitor damaged, aging, excess, and slow-moving inventory, ensuring timely
disposition and inventory optimization.
Ensure adherence to inventory management SOPs, internal controls, and operational
compliance across all locations.
Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Retail, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to
ensure seamless inventory flow and stock accuracy.
Monitor inventory adjustments, validate approvals, and ensure proper documentation in
line with governance policies.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and control mechanisms.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E., B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance preferred.
