Reporting To

Job Role
Lead reliability strategy and asset performance improvement for rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation assets across the site.

Job Responsibilities
Drive bad actor elimination, failure analysis, PM/PdM optimization, reliability studies, condition-based maintenance strategies, asset-health review, and defect elimination. Support maintenance and operations teams in enhancing equipment availability and reducing repetitive failures.

Job Deliverables
Reduced repetitive failures, improved MTBF, lower unplanned shutdowns, optimized maintenance strategies, and stronger asset reliability systems.

Qualification
BE B.Tech Mechanical

Nature of Experience




Reliability engineering and maintenance excellence in large process manufacturing plants with cross-functional exposure to operations, maintenance, and asset strategy.

Industry Preference
Petrochemical Refinery PVC Chlor-Alkali Fertilizer Heavy Continuous Process Manufacturing

Preferred Exposure
Reliability programs, predictive maintenance, bad actor management, root-cause failure analysis, and maintenance strategy optimization.

Broad Attributes of the Incumbent
Analytical, persistent, technically deep, improvement-driven, and systematic in problem-solving.

Key Interfaces
Maintenance Heads, Plant Heads, CTS, Inspection, Stores, Planning, OEMs, and turnaround teams.
