Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation, Planning Recording:
Research trending topics and create engaging content strategies tailored to our target audience.
Plan what to record, when to record, and how to record based on channel goals.
Record high-quality content using a smartphone, ensuring the best possible visual and audio quality.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for specific recording requirements when necessary.
YouTube Channel Management:
Upload videos to the YouTube channel with optimized titles, descriptions, and tags.
Monitor channel analytics and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and growth.
Content Strategy:
Stay updated with YouTube trends and algorithm changes.
Analyze video performance and implement strategies to improve content effectiveness.
Experiment with formats, video lengths, and posting schedules to optimize reach.
Skills Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of the YouTube platform and its best practices.
Experience with mobile content creation (recording, editing, and uploading).
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and ideation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
