Plan and schedule daily production work based on job orders and deadlines.
Allocate jobs to machines (offset, digital, flex, finishing) and assign workers efficiently.
Monitor the entire printing process to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Check job specifications such as size, color, paper/material, and print quality before production starts.
Coordinate between design, prepress, printing, and finishing departments.
Ensure proper machine setup, maintenance checks, and minimum downtime.
Maintain quality control by inspecting prints for color accuracy, alignment, and defects.
Manage manpower, guide operators, and ensure discipline and productivity on the shop floor.
Track raw materials (paper, ink, vinyl, etc.) and reduce wastage and production cost.
Ensure delivery timelines are met and report production status to management regularly.Role & responsibilities
