Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies for highway and transport infrastructure projects.
Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, including tender preparation, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract award.
Review, draft, and administer EPC, HAM, BOT, and Item Rate contracts.
Structure contracts aligned with project requirements, commercial objectives, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate bid management activities, including preparation of RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Conduct commercial and contractual evaluations of bids and vendor proposals.
Support contract negotiations with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Preferred candidate profile
510 years of experience in procurement and contract management for transport infrastructure or highway projects.




Solid understanding of EPC, HAM, BOT, and Item Rate contracting models.
Experience in procurement strategy, bid management, tendering, and commercial evaluations.
Knowledge of highway infrastructure standards, contract administration, and project procurement processes.
Familiarity with government procurement guidelines and infrastructure contracting practices.
Robust negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and procurement/ERP systems.
