Purpose: Operation Manager with strong expertise in leading the technical repair team to manage the end-to-end operations of repair and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment. Acts as a bridge between sales, procurement, warehouse, logistics, technical support, finance, and customers. This role ensures managing the complete lifecycle of repair, maintenance, quality assurance, inventory planning, and asset readiness. To ensure that customers receive the right devices at the right time while maintaining high quality of the device, maximize asset utilization and timely delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end repair and maintenance operations for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, servers, and related IT equipment.

Lead and manage the technical repair teams including work allocation and measuring performance as per the defined standards.

Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and process compliance.

Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, testing, and quality validation of IT assets.

Monitor and improve turnaround time while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements.

Optimize spare parts planning, procurement coordination, inventory control, and cost management.





Drive asset utilization through effective planning, preventive maintenance and repair strategies.

Prepare reports, build, track and analyze operational KPIs for day-to-day repair activities.

Identify process improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, customer support, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.

Lead, mentor, and develop team to enhance productivity and service quality.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational best practices.

Key Skill:
Robust technical knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers, and related IT hardware.
Experience in leading technical teams (IT Hardware), quality control and service delivery.
Robust understanding of inventory management, spare parts planning and asset lifecycle management.
Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and operational reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
