Job Description Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both blue-collar and white-collar positions across multiple business functions. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand manpower requirements, developing sourcing strategies, screening and assessing candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring seamless onboarding.

The incumbent is responsible for building talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media, campus hiring, and industry networking. The role also includes managing recruitment vendors, maintaining recruitment dashboards and MIS reports, tracking hiring metrics, preparing salary recommendations in coordination with the Compensation & Perks team, and ensuring timely closures while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:




Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, social media, campus hiring, and other talent channels.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
Prepare and process salary recommendations and offer documentation.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Manage recruitment agencies and campus/institute relationships.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and provide hiring insights to leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
