Description
Manage and process payroll accurately and on time
Review and validate employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance
Generate, manage, and track invoices and payments
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end closing
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
Prepare financial reports and assist in audits
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field
2+ years of relevant accounting experience
Solid knowledge of payroll processing and invoicing
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Valuable understanding of taxation and compliance requirements, including GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Solid organizational and time management skills
