Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Prepare BRD and FRD documents.
Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders, development, and QA teams.
Support testing, documentation, and implementation activities.
Identify process improvements and provide data-driven insights.
Manage tasks independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Required Candidate Profile
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation,



and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
