Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Drive product promotion and brand awareness among healthcare specialists.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Ensure effective territory coverage and resource allocation.
Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regional business plans.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and training teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience




3+ years in a managerial role in a pharmaceutical company
Work experience in diabetic and cardiac segment would be preferred
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
