About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization, with strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources.
Develop and automate interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio).
Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy.
Create reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business functions.
Use Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical reporting.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through explicit visualizations and reports.
Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Required Skills
Robust proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn or similar libraries).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards).
Experience building interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Understanding of data visualization best practices and business reporting.
